my mom, sister, and i traveled to thailand and stayed at a relative's house for around two weeks the summer before i started college. it was such an interesting experience to be able to see an entire new culture. even though the humid and scorching weather made it a little hard for us to fully enjoy the stay, looking back on these pictures makes me really miss those times!

| this was jim thonmpson's abandoned house. he was an american who revitalized thai silk. mysteriously went missing after talking a walk on easter sunday on 1967 in malaysia. rumor has it that he was kidnapped. his house in bangkok is now displayed as a museum. |
